Google has expanded its One AI Premium plan by adding NotebookLM Plus, giving subscribers access to enhanced note-taking features without additional charges.
NotebookLM Plus offers increased usage limits and customization options, allowing users to tailor responses and organize research more effectively. This upgrade enhances Google’s AI-powered note-taking tool, which was first introduced in 2023 to help users research and manage their notes more efficiently.
Since its launch, NotebookLM has evolved with interactive features such as in-depth exploration of YouTube videos and AI-generated podcasts with virtual hosts.
The NotebookLM Plus version was initially designed for businesses, schools, and enterprise customers, offering five times more queries, notebooks, sources, and Audio Overviews. It also provides advanced sharing options, enabling users to see daily view counts and control access to their notebooks.
Google’s One AI Premium plan, priced at $19.99 per month, includes 2TB of cloud storage and access to the company’s Gemini Advanced AI models. Subscribers can use Gemini’s AI features within Workspace apps like Gmail and Docs, enhancing productivity. Additionally, eligible students in the U.S. aged 18 and older can subscribe at a discounted rate of $9.99 per month for their first year.
By integrating NotebookLM Plus into its AI Premium plan, Google is strengthening its AI-powered tools for users who need efficient research and note management solutions. This move aims to provide a seamless experience for individuals and organizations looking to optimize their workflow with AI-driven assistance.
