This tool integrates property-specific details, guest data, and previous chat history to ensure accurate and contextually relevant replies.
In tests, AIduh’s responses achieved quality scores of 4 (good) or 5 (great) in 88.2% of cases, indicating that most replies require minimal to no editing. This efficiency allows you to focus on other critical aspects of property management while maintaining high-quality guest interactions. Currently, AIduh is available as a Chrome extension for HostAway, with plans to expand to other platforms and browsers in the future.
