Founded by David Zhang, the company provides real-time intelligence to help sales reps spend less time on data gathering and more time engaging with potential clients.

Aomni’s AI agents browse the web in real time, collecting and analyzing relevant company information, announcements, and market trends. This approach sets it apart from traditional sales platforms that rely on static databases. 

By scanning multiple sources simultaneously, Aomni enables sales professionals to gain deeper insights into potential customers, giving them a competitive edge. Early adopters like Nvidia and AMD have already seen significant benefits, with sales teams improving their close rates by up to 40%.

Investors are excited about Aomni’s focus on supporting rather than replacing sales teams. Jessica Leao, partner at Decibel, highlighted the company’s human-centric approach, emphasizing that while automation can enhance efficiency, high-level sales interactions will always require human involvement. 

Aomni’s success lies in its ability to integrate multiple AI providers, including OpenAI and Anthropic, alongside proprietary systems for customized sales research.

Interest in AI-driven sales tools has surged, and Aomni’s open-source research tool quickly gained traction, earning over 8,000 GitHub stars within days. Zhang believes that as AI agents evolve, sales professionals will be able to conduct research faster and more accurately without sacrificing the human touch. 

With its fresh funding, Aomni aims to refine its technology further, ensuring sales teams can leverage AI for smarter, more effective decision-making.
